Last updated: March 31, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Mack Hockey website and booking services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Booking & payment
- All session and camp prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of booking or upon approval of a booking request.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a spot.
- Payment links sent after coach approval expire after 24 hours. If not completed, the request may be cancelled.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation requests must be made by contacting us through the contact page. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. If a session is cancelled by the coach, a full refund will be issued.
Assumption of risk
Hockey training involves inherent physical risks including but not limited to falls, collisions, and muscle strain. By booking a session or camp, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Mack Hockey is not liable for injuries sustained during training. Players (or their guardians) are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate.
Conduct
Participants are expected to arrive on time with appropriate equipment. Mack Hockey reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Mack Hockey and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mack Hockey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in training sessions.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
