THREE OPTIONS FOR TRAINING
PRIVATE- 1-2 PLAYERS $150
The focus for these sessions are correction on technique for shooting, edgework that is related to positional play and high rate of occurrence scenarios
SMALL GROUP- 4-8 players and a goalie- $200
The focus for this skate is high rate of occurrence training. Working on board skills, positional puck receptions and puck protection, finished with SAG's (small area games and scoring scenarios). We develop the skill and get reps under pressure to hammer it down.
